Pre-Qualification
To become a regular bidder and prior to bidding on any of our projects, we must have the attached pre-qualification form completed and on file in our office. Additionally, you must have a current contractor's license in the applicable state prior to bidding. To be added to the bidders list for any project, please fax a request to (801) 972-7095.

All drawings will be sent out on a CD as PDF and TIFF files. Specifications will be included on CD with the drawings. NO PRINTED PLAN SETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM OUR OFFICE.
Prior to contracting with Eckman & Mitchell Construction you will be expected to accept the conditions specified in our subcontract agreement. Actual subcontract agreements will vary slightly from state to state.
