Safety is an integral part of our quality and performance. To ensure safety on every project, Eckman & Mitchell Construction has safety managers who coordinate safety prevention, procedures, and issues.

In maintaining a safe environment for all job site employees, Eckman & Mitchell has implemented the following:

• Pre-Construction site assessments are made before the beginning of every project.

• All personnel from Members down to craftsman are held accountable for the safety on the job site.

• Safety meetings are held weekly on site to update, recognize, and correct any safety items.

• Training is ongoing for all employees keeping everyone up to date on all current safety regulations and procedures.

• Fall protection is mandatory for all employees and subcontractors on the job site working at a six foot height or higher.
