WORK EXPERIENCE


As general counsel, Eric is responsible for contract review and negotiation, and for advising the company on a range of other legal issues including compliance, permitting, taxation, legal due diligence, human resources, and strategic decisions. As chief financial officer Eric's responsibilities include financial affairs of the company, supervision of accounting personnel and the accounting controls and procedures for the company and it's subsidiaries.
